    We liked the hotel, ideal for a perfect stay. the room was a nice size and newly remodeled, with a comfortable bed. - the bathroom had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. - the location in a safe area was excellent and absolutely perfect.

    My stay was real good here. Luxury hotel, the staff were all top-class and patient and the location was stunning in the waiting area near reception. Location: the venue was close to the museums and the international bussiness center, downtown, and very close to the Museo Nacional de Colombia. Had nice dainties at Mile Cafe, located close to the hotel. The room I booked was updated and very clean and available with a beautiful view and flowers, for example. Liked their good service.

    The breakfast had a good variety and the food was delicious, with a recently renovated and tidy setting offering pleasant views. Rewritten: the breakfast offered a nice variety of tasty food in a newly decorated, clean environment with beautiful views.

    Very nice room!

    Had to eat at the hotel restaurant for evening meal.Thought my best choice would be a steak - it was under cooked and the mushroom gravy too salty. Wine by the glass was over priced. Expected better form Crowne Plaza.

    The room that I was moved to on my 2nd night was very nice. It was large with a good view of the city.

    On the first night, the room that I was given was smaller and the carpet had quite a few stains. Other than that, both rooms were clean and comfortable.
